Yes. Shelley is a Registered Nurse (NMC) with 15 years of clinical experience across the NHS, private practice in Ireland, the UK and Australia. She trained in aesthetics with Derma Medical, one of the UK's leading aesthetics training providers, and currently works within an NHS dermatology clinic. All treatments are performed to the highest medical standards and the clinic is fully insured. You can verify Shelley's registration at any time on the NMC public register.

Most clients are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable treatments are. Anti-wrinkle injections feel like a small pinch lasting a fraction of a second. Dermal fillers use ultra-fine needles and most products contain a local anaesthetic to minimise discomfort. We always go at your pace,if you need a moment, just say so.

Results vary by treatment. Anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3–4 months. Dermal fillers last 9–18 months depending on the product and area. Skin boosters last around 6 months. Polynucleotides and microneedling offer cumulative, long-lasting improvements with a course of treatments. We'll discuss expected timelines fully during your consultation.

Most treatments have minimal downtime, though all aesthetic treatments carry some risk and potential side effects. Anti-wrinkle injections may cause temporary redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site; rare risks include headache or asymmetry. Dermal fillers may involve minor swelling or bruising for a few days; rare but serious risks (including vascular occlusion) will be explained fully at consultation. Microneedling and chemical peels may cause temporary redness or peeling. All risks, side effects, and aftercare will be covered in detail before any treatment proceeds.
